Filling of Doughnuts
The device is suitable especially for filling different pastries, such as cruller and Berlin jam doughnuts (also possible with similar hosts of the same consistency).
The filling is done with a filling-pistol, connected to the device with a 1,5 m long flexible pressure hose.t’s possible to work with single or continuous stroke.
Each stroke is indicated to the operator with an acoustic and /or optical signal.
Advantages when Working with the Appliance:
- Filling directly on the sheet or in the turn-basket
- Very high operation speed
- No re-dribbling of the pistol
- Simple replacement of the fill funnel with closing-bar
