The device is suitable especially for filling of different pastries, such as cruller and Berlin jam doughnuts (also possible with similar hosts of the same consistence).
The filling is done with a filling-pistol, connected to the device with a 1,5 m long flexible pressure hose.
It's possible to work with single or continuous stroke.
Each stroke is indicated to the operator with an acoustic and /or optical signal.
